More than information
My workshops are not simply lectures. They combine accessible psychological education, reflection, discussion, and practical strategies that participants can apply to their everyday lives and relationships.
The goal isn't to tell people how they should feel or behave. It's to create space to better understand ourselves, recognize patterns, and consider new ways of responding.
Workshops can be designed around the needs and interests of a particular group, making each session relevant to the community I'm working with.
Who are they for?
Seminars and workshops can be offered for:
Schools and parent communities
Community organizations
Workplaces and professional teams
Women's and men's groups
Educational institutions
Wellness and personal-development communities
Organizations interested in emotional and relational wellness
