Emotional & Relational Wellness Coaching for Globally Minded Adults
Dunlop Relational Coaching offers individualized, one-on-one coaching to help you better understand yourself, navigate relationships, and move through life’s transitions with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
Whether you're navigating adulthood, living between cultures, building your career, strengthening relationships, or learning to set healthier boundaries, coaching gives you space to slow down, reflect, and understand the patterns shaping your experiences.
Together, we explore what matters most to you and translate insight into practical, meaningful change, so you can communicate more clearly, respond more intentionally, and stay connected to yourself while navigating the people and circumstances around you.
Coaching is focused on personal growth and emotional and relational wellness. It is distinct from clinical counselling, psychotherapy, and mental health treatment.

Together, we will:
deepen emotional awareness
strengthen communication
develop self-acceptance
establish healthy boundaries
build meaningful connections
navigate relationship challenges
understand family dynamics
explore cultural differences
strengthen resilience

clarify meaningful goals
create healthier patterns
move toward greater fulfillment
